Ffynnongroyw to Clwyds - 24th July 2014
Set off around 8am and it was already heating up, over Halkyn a nice cool wind got me thinking it may not end up as hot today so I shot over to the Clwyds where I climbed Keegans Lane. The top of Penyclodiau was cool in the strong winds which was a blessing, as was Moel-y-Parc. Ended up a real cracker of a day out but really started lagging in the intense midday heat. - 42.8 miles covered and over 4000 feet elevation, ran out of water with 10 miles to go!
